This role has been established to provide dedicated executive leadership for exploration and to drive Aeris’ focus on extending mine life across existing operations while pursuing future growth opportunities. Brad has been part of the Aeris team since 2014, contributing significant value across the exploration and geology functions. Brad played a pivotal role in the discovery of our Constellation deposit, a potential long-life mine that is a key growth opportunity for Tritton Operations and Aeris more broadly.
