MAJOR INCREASE IN TRITTON MINERAL
RESOURCES AND ORE RESERVES UNDERPINS
LONG-LIFE COPPER HUB STRATEGY
• Mineral Resources increase to 33Mt containing approximately 540kt
copper metal, up 70% (from 310kt) driven by:
o The integration of Mallee Bull and Wirlong deposits, together with
successful exploration and resource definition drilling at Avoca
Tank and Budgerygar
• Over fourfold increase in Tritton Ore Reserves to 10Mt containing
approximately180kt copper metal (up from 37kt) driven by:
o Maiden Constellation underground Ore Reserve of 3.8Mt
containing approximately 62kt copper metal
o Maiden Mallee Bull Ore Reserve of 2.7Mt containing
approximately 66kt copper metal
Australian mid-tier copper and gold producer, Aeris Resources Limited (ASX:AIS)
(Aeris or the Company) is pleased to announce an updated Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE)
and Ore Reserve Estimate (ORE) as at 30 June 2026 for its 100% owned Tritton Operations in
central NSW.
Total Ore Reserves have increased to 10Mt at 1.7% Cu, 0.38g/t Au and 10g/t Ag for contained
metal of 180kt Cu, 130koz Au and 3.2Moz Ag as shown in Table 1.
Total Mineral Resources have increased to 33Mt at 1.7% Cu, 0.32g/t Au and 9g/t Ag for
contained metal of 540kt Cu, 340koz Au and 9.6Moz Ag as shown in Table 2.
The acquisition of Peel Mining Limited has added the Mallee Bull and Wirlong deposits to the
Group's Mineral Resource inventory, contributing approximately 200kt of contained copper,
including approximately 160kt classified as Indicated Mineral Resource. These high-quality
additions strengthen the Company's development pipeline while materially increasing the
overall Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve base.
Equally significant is the continued organic growth delivered at Tritton Operations. During FY26,
Aeris increased underground diamond drilling threefold, focusing on the Avoca Tank and
Budgerygar deposits, where exploration and resource extension drilling delivered over a 2Mt
ASX:AIS 2
increase to the Mineral Resource base. The success of these targeted drilling programs
demonstrates the effectiveness of the Company's strategy of investing in underground
exploration drilling to grow Mineral Resources across Tritton.
The increase in Ore Reserves has been driven predominantly by the updated Constellation
ORE1 and the Maiden Mallee Bull ORE. The successful extension of the Mineral Resource at
Budgerygar has also led to an increased ORE at that deposit.
Aeris’ Executive Chairman, André Labuschagne, commented “this Reserve update represents
a significant milestone for the Tritton Operations. With more than 10 million tonnes now in Ore
Reserve, equivalent to more than 5 years of mill feed at the current processing plant capacity,
we have established a strong foundation for a long-life, multi-mine copper operation centred
on our existing Tritton processing infrastructure.”
“We have declared a Maiden Underground ORE at Constellation, complementing the existing
open pit Ore Reserve and demonstrating a long-life mining operation. As targeted, we have
also declared a Maiden ORE on the newly acquired Mallee Bull project, which is shaping up
as an important ore source for Tritton in the future. Importantly, both Constellation and Mallee
Bull show significant potential for further growth with additional drilling and technical work.”
“Our considerable investment in exploration in FY26 has delivered material extensions to the
Mineral Resource Estimates at Avoca Tank and Budgerygar. At Budgerygar, much of this
growth has already been converted to Ore Reserve, resulting in a 317% increase in Ore
Reserves after mining depletion compared with December 2024. At Avoca Tank, the
mineralisation discovered at depth and along strike has increased the Mineral Resource of this
high-grade deposit by 180%. We will continue underground development and drilling of this
resource in FY27 with the focus to upgrade it into Ore Reserve status.”
“These results demonstrate the strength of both the organic and inorganic elements of our
growth strategy. The Peel acquisition has delivered a maiden 2.7 million tonne Ore Reserve at
the Mallee Bull deposit, while our investment in exploration has generated material organic
growth at Avoca Tank and Budgerygar. Together, these initiatives are expanding and
diversifying Tritton's portfolio of ore sources around its established processing infrastructure.
“The expanded Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve inventory at Tritton will underpin the
development of an updated Life of Mine plan showing the long-term potential of the
operation.”
Next Steps
These updated Mineral Resource and OREs will inform a revised life of mine plan and
production target for Tritton Operations, to be released in the first half of FY27.
At Constellation, resource definition drilling will focus on the remaining 0.5Mt of inferred
resource within the open pit to bring it into indicated status prior to mining. Further metallurgical
test work and plant trials will be undertaken on the oxide material to increase recoveries and
potentially bring forward production.
1 The new open pit and underground Reserves are inclusive and replace the previously reported Maiden Open Pit
Ore Reserve Estimate for Constellation Project, released 28 October 2025
ASX:AIS 3
At Mallee Bull, optimisation of the mine plan and production schedule will continue in FY27
with the aim of identifying opportunities to increase the maiden Ore Reserve. Feasibility studies,
including assessment of ore transport options to the Tritton processing plant, will be progressed,
together with project planning for commencement of the exploration decline and studies to
support the EIS and permitting process.
FY26 drilling results validate Aeris' geological model that the Tritton Operation copper deposits
exhibit significant down-dip continuity and remain open down dip (refer to Figure 2). Nine of
the ten known deposits within the Tritton tenement package remain open down dip. Several
deposits have already demonstrated substantial vertical extent, including Tritton, which has
been defined over more than two kilometres down dip, and both Constellation and
Murrawombie, which have each been defined over more than one kilometre down dip. The
success of drilling at Avoca Tank and Budgerygar reinforces the Company's view that
sustained underground exploration and resource extension drilling can continue to extend
known mineralisation and deliver meaningful Mineral Resource growth. This strategy will
continue in FY27, with approximately 85,000 metres of underground drilling planned across the
Tritton Operation.

Tritton Ore Reserve Estimate
The Tritton Ore Reserve Estimate (ORE) reflects the combined effects of mining depletion, the
addition of the Mallee Bull Project following the acquisition of Peel Mining Limited, and ongoing
organic growth through the conversion of additional Indicated Mineral Resources supported
by infill and extensional drilling and detailed mine planning.
Principal changes include the updated Constellation Open Pit ORE and a Maiden
Underground ORE (Appendix 2), the Maiden Mallee Bull ORE (Appendix 3), the growth in the
Budgerygar ORE resulting from the conversion of additional Indicated Mineral Resources
(Appendix 1) and the inclusion of current ore stockpiles.

Figure 4: Mallee Bull Maiden ORE mine design
Consistent with Aeris' hub-and-spoke strategy for Tritton Operations, the Company continues
to prioritise the conversion of Mineral Resources to Ore Reserves to support long-term mine
planning and operational flexibility. Future Ore Reserve growth will depend on exploration
success, ongoing resource conversion drilling, technical studies, permitting and prevailing
economic conditions.
Changes to Previous Estimate
As at 30 June 2026, the Tritton Operations Ore Reserve comprises 10 Mt, representing a fourfold
increase compared with the 31 December 2024 Ore Reserve Statement. Contained metal
increased to approximately 180 kt of copper, 130 koz of gold and 3,200 koz of silver.
ASX:AIS 9
The changes to the Ore Reserve ore tonnes and contained copper metal are summarised in
Figure 5 and Figure 6. The principal changes from the previous ORE are:
• Mining depletion: Reduction of 1.5 Mt of ore and 28 kt of contained copper resulting from
production at the Tritton, Budgerygar and Avoca Tank underground mines, and the
Murrawombie Open Pit.
• Constellation Project: Addition of 1.5 Mt of ore containing 18 kt of copper from the updated
Open Pit Ore Reserve, together with the Maiden Underground ORE of 3.8 Mt containing 62
kt of copper.
• Mallee Bull Project: Addition of the Maiden ORE comprising 2.7 Mt of ore containing 66 kt
of copper following the acquisition of Peel Mining Limited.
• Budgerygar: Net growth of 0.5 Mt of ore containing 7 kt of copper following the conversion
of additional Indicated Mineral Resources, after allowing for mining depletion.
• Ore stockpiles: Increase of 0.2 Mt of ore containing 2 kt of copper, predominantly from the
Murrawombie Open Pit.
The updated Ore Reserve reflects Aeris' continued success in replacing mining depletion
through the conversion of Mineral Resources to Ore Reserves, together with the addition of
new Ore Reserves from the Constellation and Mallee Bull Projects, supporting the long-term
growth strategy for Tritton Operations.

Changes to Previous Estimate
The 30 June 2026 MRE represents an approximate 70% increase in tonnage, 70% copper metal
increase, 50% gold metal increase and 350% silver metal increase compared to the 31
December 2024 MRE. Figure 9 and Figure 10 summarise the net changes in the MRE by deposit
between reporting periods. The reported changes incorporate all factors affecting the Mineral
Resource, including additions from drilling, revisions to geological interpretation and
estimation, updated reporting parameters, and mining depletion. The main contributors to the
changes are:
• The acquisition of the Mallee Bull and Wirlong deposits, which collectively added 11Mt and
200kt Cu metal
• Mineral Resource growth at Avoca Tank (+0.9Mt and +14kt Cu metal) and Budgerygar
(+1.3Mt and +18kt Cu metal), reflecting successful underground exploration and resource
definition drill programs completed during FY26
• A net decrease at Murrawombie (-1.2Mt and -12kt Cu metal) from open pit mine depletion
• An incremental net increase from the Tritton Other grouping incorporating changes to the
Tritton, South Wing, Budgery and Kurrajong MREs.

The Mineral Resource estimates for the Mallee Bull and Wirlong deposits were first reported by
Peel Mining Limited in its ASX announcement titled "20Mt Resource Base for South Cobar
Project" dated 9 January 2023. Aeris acquired these deposits through its acquisition of Peel
Mining Limited, completed on 1 July 2026, and the estimates are reported by Aeris in this
announcement without re-estimation.
Aeris confirms that it is not aware of any new information or data that materially affects the
Mineral Resource estimates for the Mallee Bull and Wirlong deposits, and that all material
assumptions and technical parameters underpinning the estimates continue to apply and
have not materially changed. The Competent Persons responsible for the estimates, Mr
Jonathon Abbott (estimation) and Mr Rob Tyson (geological interpretation and informing
information), have reviewed the estimates and confirm they continue to comply with the
JORC Code (2012 Edition). Aeris confirms that the form and context in which the Competent
Persons' findings are presented have not been materially modified from the original
announcement.
2 Mr Abbott is the Competent Person for the estimation of the Mallee Bull and Wirlong Mineral Resource Estimates. Mr
Tyson is Competent Person for the geological interpretation and information informing the Mallee Bull and Wirlong
Mineral Resource Estimates.

Notes:
• Mineral Resource tonnes and contained metal are reported to two significant figures; grades are
reported to two decimal places (Au), one decimal place (Cu), and to the nearest whole number
(Ag). Figures are rounded, and rounded figures may not sum precisely to reported totals or reconcile
exactly between tonnes, grade and contained metal.
• Tritton Operations open pittable Mineral Resource figures are reported from within optimised pit shells.
The Constellation open pittable material is reported using a net smelter return (NSR) between $18/t
and $59/t, depending on the processing stream and mining costs. The Murrawombie open pittable
material is reported at a 0.2% Cu cut-off.
• Underground Mineral Resource figures are reported within conceptual stope shapes generated
using a NSR between $100/t and $125/t. All classified material within the conceptual stope shapes is
reported as Mineral Resource.
