The studies for these projects are all progressing well and to reflect their growing importance in the future of the Company, we have created a new senior management role, Chief Technology Officer (CTO).” “The CTO will responsible for Major Project Development, Technical Services, Innovation and Sustainability and Ian Sheppard, who has been Chief Operating Officer since joining the Company in 2013, will move to the CTO role. Paul Harris Bio Paul Harris is an accomplished mining engineer with over 27 year’s industry experience in operational and technical roles across base metals, gold and coal. He has worked in both open cut and underground operations. Paul has a Bachelor of Engineering (Geological) and has worked in Australia, Papua New Guinea, Laos, China and Ghana. Prior to joining Aeris, Paul was Chief Operating Officer for Chifeng Gold with responsibility for their operations in Ghana and China.
